A picture is worth a 1000 words !

before & after photos !

BEFORE: No Artwork, unmade bed and wasted space to left of bed.

AFTER: Easy fix with adding a desk to show buyers how space can be wisely used, lighting and a fresh made bed makes all the difference!

BEFORE: The kitchen was cluttered. The darker cabinets, counter tops and flooring made the area look small. Clearing the counters and removing the rugs were important!

AFTER: Making just a few changes with fresh paint on the cabinets & walls, along with new hardwood floors, made this kitchen look like a major renovation!

BEFORE: The dining was cluttered, it had dated paint and old carpet that needed to be replaced. The artwork was also too small for the space.

AFTER: A serene dining area was created with a coat of fresh and lighter paint, replacing carpet with hardwood, greenery and new artwork. The owner made more than double on her return investment!

BEFORE: A path to the door on the left and a lot of de-cluttering was what this space needed!

AFTER: Re-arranging furniture and adding more lighting opened up this room and created a walkway to the door to the left. Now, the Antique mantle piece can show off and become the focal point of the room!

BEFORE: The living room was cluttered. The oversized sectional needed to be removed, furniture rearranged and the art updated.

AFTER: The living space brightened up with fresh paint. Replacing carpet with new hardwood flooring, different lightbulbs and using a smaller sofa from the bonus room opened up the space!

BEFORE: The dinning room had a good start with furniture but was plain and un-interesting.

AFTER: Artwork & a creative centerpiece gave the room much needed color and a finished look!

BEFORE: The living/kitchen areas were cluttered and dark. Ann can come in and simply de-clutter and removed dark curtains etc.. to lighten and re-fresh a room using the same furniture to save you staging costs.

AFTER: * Living & Kitchen areas much brighter.

*Decluttered and shelves organized.

*New decor on coffee table.

*Removed chair cover and also heavy curtains in den and kitchen.

*Also, light pillows & throw lightened the dark couch.

Empty Spaces

Even when the home is totally empty (below) added decor will draw the eye to focal points and add interest to a seemingly uninteresting room.

Minimal pieces of furniture (below) help frame a room, esp. for your MLS listing photos!

Sheer curtains soften a room (above) and (below) Minimal kitchen decor opens a counter space you want to cook in and makes for clear view photos !

BEFORE:

*No color or visual for the eye to see.

AFTER: *Added art, light, rug & decor to create interest.

Above: Details of interest creates a mood: Bar table, shaker & glasses make you want to sit for a drink after a long day.

Using the sellers decor saves you money!

However, I ALWAYS make sure it's upgraded w/necessary new white towels in order to have a clean fresh invite in the bathrooms!
